Its actually pretty simple.  You go online to thefair.com and register.   You’ll identify yourself, your entry or entries, and pay the fee.  Last year it was $3.50 per entry. All entries must be registered electronically by Thursday August 11th at 10 pm.  No walk-in, day of registration available.  Next you deliver your entry(s) to the Fair on Saturday August 13th between 10 am and 2 pm, pick up your FREE Fair tickets. Entries can also be dropped off on or before noon on Friday, August 12th at Jon’s Homebrew and Wine Supply 1430 East Main Ave, Suite C, Puyallup, WA 98372. All drop-offs must be pre-registered and pre-paid using the Fair website.

Drop off of entries on the 13th is in the Food Court/Restaurant building; enter through the Red Gate. Complete instructions and information are listed in the premium book on The Fair website.

On August 21st all entries will be judged.  It’s a one-day marathon, we recruit and the Fair hires judges from all over Washington, and all morning is spent judging the entries.  Then the entries are stored until the Fair opens, at which time the winners are delivered to the PSAWBC booth and placed on display for the duration of the Fair.

During the Fair, winners can pick up their ribbons and judging sheets at the Ag-Hort office located in the J Barn.  October 7th the PSAWBC hosts a reception for the award winners, where ribbons are handed out in person.
