Sangiovese
A beautiful day to have a Taste to Learn event outside on the lawn with nature all around. Pamela really did an exceptional job of getting into character for the event by playing the part of an Italian guide named Gina who told all about the characteristics of the Sangiovese grape and what aromas and flavors we should be experiencing. Lots of great Italian themed dishes completed the wonderful day.
